1. Who we are١. من نحن

Mashrook ("the app") is operated by AKA Tech Solutions Company, a company registered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration No. 7054538264). For the purposes of this policy, AKA Tech Solutions is the data controller.يُشغّل تطبيق مشروك ("التطبيق") من قِبل شركة إيه كي إيه تيك سولووشنز، وهي شركة مسجّلة في الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية (سجل تجاري رقم ٧٠٥٤٥٣٨٢٦٤). ولأغراض هذه السياسة، تُعدّ AKA Tech Solutions الجهة المتحكّمة في البيانات.

2. Information we collect٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها

We collect only what we need to provide the app:نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لتقديم التطبيق:

• Account information — your mobile phone number (used for one-time-password sign-in), display name, and an optional profile photo.معلومات الحساب — رقم جوّالك (يُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول عبر رمز التحقق)، والاسم المعروض، وصورة شخصية اختيارية.
• Content you create — groups, friends you add, expenses, amounts, splits, settlements, notes, categories, and any receipt photos you choose to upload.المحتوى الذي تنشئه — المجموعات، والأصدقاء الذين تضيفهم، والمصاريف والمبالغ والتقسيمات والتسويات والملاحظات والفئات، وأي صور فواتير تختار رفعها.
• Device & technical data — app version, device type and operating system, language and currency preferences, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications.بيانات الجهاز والبيانات التقنية — إصدار التطبيق، ونوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، وتفضيلات اللغة والعملة، ورمز الإشعارات إذا فعّلتها.
• Support communications — messages you send us by email.مراسلات الدعم — الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

We do not collect your device contacts automatically. People you split with are added by you manually. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.لا نجمع جهات اتصال جهازك تلقائيًا؛ فالأشخاص الذين تقاسمهم المصاريف تضيفهم يدويًا. ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث.

3. How we use information٣. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه وتسجيل دخولك.
• To provide core features: tracking shared expenses, calculating balances, and simplifying settle-ups.لتقديم الميزات الأساسية: تتبّع المصاريف المشتركة، وحساب الأرصدة، وتبسيط التسويات.
• To send notifications you have enabled (for example, when an expense is added).لإرسال الإشعارات التي فعّلتها (مثلًا عند إضافة مصروف).
• To respond to support requests and improve the app's reliability and performance.للرد على طلبات الدعم وتحسين موثوقية التطبيق وأدائه.

4. Legal basis٤. الأساس النظامي

We process your data to perform the service you request (your use of the app), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent where required — for example, for push notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings.نعالج بياناتك لتنفيذ الخدمة التي تطلبها (استخدامك للتطبيق)، وللامتثال للالتزامات النظامية، وبناءً على موافقتك عند الاقتضاء — مثل الإشعارات. ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

5. Sharing & service providers٥. المشاركة ومزوّدو الخدمة

We share data only with service providers who help us run the app, under agreements that limit their use of it:نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، وبموجب اتفاقيات تقيّد استخدامهم لها:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, file storage, and push notifications.جوجل فايربيس (جوجل كلاود) — المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات والإشعارات.
• SMS provider — to deliver one-time sign-in codes to your phone number.مزوّد الرسائل النصية — لإرسال رموز تسجيل الدخول إلى رقم جوّالك.
• Exchange-rate provider — to display currency conversions (no personal data is shared).مزوّد أسعار الصرف — لعرض تحويلات العملات (دون مشاركة أي بيانات شخصية).
• WhatsApp — only when you choose to share a reminder or summary; the message is sent from your own device.واتساب — فقط عندما تختار مشاركة تذكير أو ملخّص؛ وتُرسل الرسالة من جهازك.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the app.قد نفصح أيضًا عن المعلومات إذا تطلّب النظام ذلك، أو لحماية حقوق مستخدمينا وسلامتهم وأمن التطبيق.

6. Where your data is stored٦. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

Your data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the Dammam (me-central2) region inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Some service providers may process limited data outside the Kingdom; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with the PDPL.تُستضاف بياناتك على بنية جوجل كلاود في منطقة الدمام (me-central2) داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد يعالج بعض مزوّدي الخدمة بيانات محدودة خارج المملكة؛ وعند حدوث ذلك نعتمد على ضمانات مناسبة بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

7. Data retention٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشِط. وعند حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة المصدر خلال مدة معقولة، إلا فيما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به من سجلات محدودة للوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية.

8. Your rights & choices٨. حقوقك وخياراتك

Under the PDPL you have the right to access your data, request correction, request deletion, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can:بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك، وطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على بعض المعالجة أو تقييدها. ويمكنك:

• Edit your profile and content directly in the app.تعديل ملفك الشخصي ومحتواك مباشرةً داخل التطبيق.
• Delete your account from the app's settings, or by emailing us at aka92.techsolutions@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described above.حذف حسابك من إعدادات التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا على aka92.techsolutions@gmail.com. ويؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة بياناتك الشخصية كما هو موضّح أعلاه.
• Contact us to exercise any of your rights; we will respond within the time required by law.التواصل معنا لممارسة أي من حقوقك، وسنرد خلال المدة التي يحدّدها النظام.

9. Security٩. الأمان

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you and the authorities of any breach as required.نستخدم تدابير وفق معايير الصناعة — تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل وضوابط الوصول — لحماية بياناتك. ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، لكننا نعمل على حماية معلوماتك وإخطارك والجهات المختصة بأي اختراق وفق ما يقتضيه النظام.

10. Children١٠. الأطفال

Mashrook is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.تطبيق مشروك غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٨ عامًا، ولا نجمع عمدًا بياناتهم الشخصية. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصرًا قدّم لنا بيانات، فيرجى التواصل معنا وسنزيلها.

11. Changes to this policy١١. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا ونغيّر تاريخ "آخر تحديث". وستُبلَّغ التغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق عند الاقتضاء.
