By downloading or using Mushrook ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by AKA Tech Solutions Company, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (CR 7054538264).بتنزيلك أو استخدامك تطبيق مشروك ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه. وإذا لم توافق، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. ويُقدَّم التطبيق من شركة إيه كي إيه تيك سولووشنز، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية (سجل تجاري ٧٠٥٤٥٣٨٢٦٤).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in — your password, or the Google or Apple account you sign in with — secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق. وأنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تقدّمها، وعن الحفاظ على أمان وسيلة تسجيل دخولك — كلمة مرورك أو حساب جوجل أو آبل الذي تسجّل به — وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
Mushrook is a tool for recording and organizing shared expenses and balances between people. Mushrook does not process, hold, or transfer money, and is not a bank, payment service, or financial institution. Any actual payments between you and others happen outside the app, through your own means. Balances shown are records based on the information you and others enter; they are not financial advice or a guarantee of any debt.مشروك أداة لتسجيل وتنظيم المصاريف والأرصدة المشتركة بين الأشخاص. ولا يقوم مشروك بمعالجة الأموال أو الاحتفاظ بها أو تحويلها، وهو ليس بنكًا ولا خدمة دفع ولا مؤسسة مالية. وأي مدفوعات فعلية بينك وبين الآخرين تتم خارج التطبيق وبوسائلك الخاصة. والأرصدة المعروضة هي سجلات مبنية على ما تدخلونه من معلومات، وليست استشارة مالية ولا ضمانًا لأي دين.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشئه في التطبيق، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستضافته ومعالجته فقط لتشغيل التطبيق لصالحك، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.
Anonymised usage statistics. You agree that we may create and use aggregated, anonymised statistics derived from how the app is used — such as spending by category, average amounts per person or group, and feature usage — from which all information that identifies you has been removed. These statistics do not identify you or anyone you split with, and we may use, share or publish them. Our Privacy Policy explains how this is done.إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة المصدر. توافق على أنه يجوز لنا إعداد واستخدام إحصاءات مجمّعة ومجهولة المصدر مستمدّة من طريقة استخدام التطبيق — مثل الإنفاق حسب الفئة، ومتوسط المبالغ للشخص أو للمجموعة، واستخدام الميزات — بعد إزالة كل ما يحدّد هويتك منها. ولا تحدّد هذه الإحصاءات هويتك ولا هوية من تقاسمهم، ويجوز لنا استخدامها أو مشاركتها أو نشرها. وتوضّح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية ذلك.
Groups, invitations and admins. When you add someone to a group or share its invite link, you are responsible for inviting only people who should be there; anyone with the link can join. A group can have one or more admins, who may limit who can record settlements, edit or delete expenses, change the group's settings, manage members or delete the group. Receipt photos are removed automatically 90 days after upload, as our Privacy Policy explains.المجموعات والدعوات والمشرفون. عندما تضيف شخصًا إلى مجموعة أو تشارك رابط دعوتها، فأنت مسؤول عن دعوة من يُفترض وجودهم فقط؛ فكل من لديه الرابط يستطيع الانضمام. ويمكن أن يكون للمجموعة مشرف أو أكثر، ولهم أن يقيّدوا من يسجّل التسويات أو يعدّل العمليات أو يحذفها أو يغيّر إعدادات المجموعة أو يدير الأعضاء أو يحذف المجموعة. وتُحذف صور الفواتير تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يومًا من رفعها كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية.
Mushrook is free to download and use. Some features are marked in the app as premium — currently receipt scanning, receipt photos and a custom group cover photo. They are free for now. We may make them paid in the future; if we do, we will tell you in the app first and nothing will be charged without your choosing to buy. Any purchases would be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds handled according to those stores' policies.تحميل مشروك واستخدامه مجاني. وبعض الميزات موسومة في التطبيق بأنها مميّزة — حاليًا مسح الفواتير وصور الفواتير وصورة غلاف مخصصة للمجموعة — وهي مجانية في الوقت الحالي. وقد نجعلها مدفوعة مستقبلًا؛ وإن فعلنا فسنبلغك داخل التطبيق أولًا، ولن يُحصَّل أي مبلغ دون أن تختار الشراء. وتُعالَج أي مشتريات عبر متجر آبل أو جوجل بلاي وفق شروطهما، وتُعالَج الاستردادات وفق سياسات هذين المتجرين.
The app, including its name, design, and software, is owned by AKA Tech Solutions and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these terms.التطبيق، بما في ذلك اسمه وتصميمه وبرمجياته، مملوك لـ AKA Tech Solutions ومحمي نظامًا. ولا يجوز لك نسخه أو تعديله أو توزيعه إلا بما تسمح به هذه الشروط.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations and balances will be free of mistakes arising from the data entered. You are responsible for verifying amounts before relying on them.يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفّره". وبالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نضمن أن يكون متواصلًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، ولا أن تكون الحسابات والأرصدة خالية من أخطاء ناتجة عن البيانات المُدخلة. وأنت مسؤول عن التحقق من المبالغ قبل الاعتماد عليها.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKA Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any disputes between users over amounts owed or payments made outside the app.إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لن تكون AKA Tech Solutions مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، ولا عن أي نزاعات بين المستخدمين حول المبالغ المستحقة أو المدفوعات التي تتم خارج التطبيق.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time, in the app or through our account deletion page. Groups and expenses you shared with others remain for them under your display name, as our Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the app or its users.يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت، من التطبيق أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. وتبقى المجموعات والعمليات التي شاركتها مع الآخرين ظاهرةً لهم باسمك المعروض كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عند الحاجة لحماية التطبيق أو مستخدميه.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويخضع أي نزاع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.
